Escort Cards

Excuse me while I escort you to your table…

Rather than have our bridal party worry about seating our guests, we had remnant French doors (Thanks Dad!) placed at the entrance of the hall. Behind the glass, lists of tables and guests were displayed. This helped guests find their table easily.

At each place setting was an escort card (name tag).  I didn’t want the norm, so I called Lorraine (Rainbow Printers) and asked if we could do something fun!

Between myself, Lorraine and Rick we came up with a business sized tag, trimmed at the corners (Thanks Donny) so it looked like a gift tag. The ends of the tag were punched, and a bell and bow were painstakingly attached by me, Mike, my mum and our old friend, Shiraz.

I used my excel guest list and mail merged labels which were fixed to the other side of the tag.

Unexpected and fun surprise, our guests started ringing the bells to get us to kiss! (Slight oversight on our end, we didn’t think of a kissing game) .
